RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Zuri House.
At Zuri House, we are committed to delivering products that reflect our standards of quality and luxury.
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact returns@zurihouse.co.za and include the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• The collection address where the courier may collect the return if required
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Zuri House will provide return instructions and the designated courier return location.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Products may be opened for inspection but must remain unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return. The product, packaging, and all components must be returned in the condition they were received.
The order number or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, Zuri House will offer one of the following resolutions where applicable:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Zuri House reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER
The performance and longevity of home fragrance products may vary depending on room size, airflow, temperature, and the number of reeds used. For best results and fragrance care instructions, please refer to the Fragrance Care section provided under each product description.
Fragrance preference and scent strength are subjective; therefore, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned based on scent preference.
