SHIPPING POLICY

All Zuri House orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are delivered within South Africa using trusted courier partners such as Aramex and The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days where available

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email from orders@zurihouse.co.za so customers can monitor their delivery status.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Zuri House is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate before completing their purchase.
